Somehow, this one (and Celcom’s too) missed our radar. Like a ninja, DiGi have quietly put up the registration of interest (RoI) pages on their official website recently for two new iPads that were announced by Apple last month: iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display.
Through the RoI pages, customers are asked to note down their colour of choice for the iPad which comes in two options: Space Gray and Silver. Furthermore, DiGi also asked customers to choose their preferred amount of storage (up to 128GB) as well. As the RoI pages didn’t contain any deadlines, do note that these pages might be closed down without any warning.
Since Celcom have announced that they are going to release iPad Air on 9 December, I predict that the same date applies to DiGi too although the release date for iPad Mini with Retina Display is still anyone’s guess. Expect plenty of information regarding both devices to be revealed by both telcos in the new few weeks as we get closer to December.
